DO BLOGGERS, AND READERS, NEED A CODE OF CONDUCT ?

“Cyber-bullying” made many empathize, but, more importantly, made bloggers believe it was time for a code of conduct to be created. Someone think that there will no such thing because who care. However, it was concerned that a code of conduct would take away the satisfaction from blogging. Yes, it is good to have, but it could cause some effects to the major of users as they have to watch what they write.
