RED SEA DISASTER

The Straight Times Saturday, Febuary 4, 2006 Page 1

I have read the news with appalling shock. Thus, more than a thousand human lives has lost in the sea disaster. Nature is huge and enigmatic more than the human knowledge. Even though we can predict it will happen, we cannot stop it. “It is powerful”, said a victim. This story reminds me about the sink of Titanic in 1912 with its 1,503 passengers onboard. The Egyptian ship sink-disaster is set to be one of the worst in maritime history. No one wants it happened but it did and people tried to preserve the other passenger lives.
Argument between investigates has been held. Some believed that the ship’s captain had sent a distress call to agency state. But other reports indicated that no distress signal had come from the ship. From my stand, even though the investigate underway to its end, the lost people cannot be survival.
